Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners has a team of qualified employees available to help you with all of your flooring and restoration needs. We are a 2011 IICRC certified firm.

Joe Bomba, Owner: Joe has been with the company since 1989. Joe graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He commits himself to making sure that each customer is satisfied and everyone is thoroughly trained on company policies and procedures and certified to perform their jobs successfully.

Tammy Bomba, Design Consultant: Tammy has been with Bloomington Professional Carpet cleaners for twelve years helping customers with their flooring and remodel decisions.

Joey Babbs, Operations Manager: Joey has been with us for eleven years with twenty one years in the industry. Joey manages our carpet cleaning technicians and our flooring center, offering his extensive experience to ensure that jobs are complete and correct. Joey holds certifications from the IICRC in Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Repair and Re-installation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and a Lead Renovator certificate from the Environmental Management Institute, Inc.

Michelle Lamb, Customer Service Representative: Michelle is often the first point of contact for Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners. She has been with the company for five years with nine years experience in the industry. She has twenty years of customer service experience and when a customer speaks with Michelle they can be sure to get answers to all of their questions or concerns.

John Kinley, Carpet Cleaning Technician: Mr. Kinley has been with Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners for eleven years with twenty years of experience in the industry. Mr. Kinley holds certifications from the IICRC as a certified Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Carpet Repair and Re-Installation, Carpet Cleaning, and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning.

John Goodman, Carpet Cleaning Technician: John has three years experience with Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners. He holds certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning. John also attended the Restorative Drying 101 training class held by the Restoration Sciences Academy and also Stain Removal, Odor Control and Commercial Carpet Cleaning classes held by Chemical Technologies International.

Jason Simmerman, Carpet Cleaning Technician: Jason has been with Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners for the past five years with ten years in the industry. Jason holds certifications from the IICRC in Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration and has completed Stain Removal, Odor Control and Carpet Cleaning training programs held by Chemical Technologies International.

Billy Babbs, Service Assistant:  Billy has been with Bloomington Professional Carpet Cleaners for over five years.  Billy has 15 years invested in the cleaning and restoration industry.  His knowledge and hands on experience is invaluable to BPCC and its customers. 

Matt Montgomery, Service Specialist:  Matt  has been a very positive addition to our cleaning and restoration team.  Matt has earned multiple IICRC certifications and has over 10 years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry.  Moving to this area from Iowa Matt has brought a fresh point of view from another part of the country, which will enhance our performance during cleaning and restoration procedures.

Terry Caraway, is the newest addition to our cleaning and restoration team.  Terry has multiple years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry.  BPCC was lucky to acquire Terry at this time, he has brought youthful energy along with prior experience to our company.
